Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp to confirm your order details.

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment after confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered across Egypt through our shipping partners.

Cairo & Giza

Shipping Fee: 75 EGP
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 days

Other Egyptian Governorates

Shipping Fee: 85–120 EGP
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed through WhatsApp, it will be prepared and handed over to our shipping partner.

The courier may contact you by phone before or during delivery, so please make sure your contact information is correct.

If the customer cannot be reached or the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact or address information, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must not have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, if applicable.
The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Fee

Exchange shipping fee: 95 EGP.

The exchange fee covers the shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, if applicable.
The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refund Fee

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund or exchange request may be rejected.
